1) Strengths - with short examples One of my biggest strengths is my ability to lead and motivate teams towards a common goal. For example, in my previous role at XYZ company, I was responsible for leading a cross-functional team to launch a new product. Despite various challenges and setbacks, I was able to keep the team motivated and focused, resulting in a successful product launch. 2) Weakness you overcame, weakness you are still working. One weakness I have struggled with in the past is public speaking. However, I have worked hard to overcome this weakness by taking public speaking courses and practicing in front of small groups. While I have made significant progress, I still get nervous before big presentations and am working on ways to manage that anxiety. 3) Conflict In my previous role, I managed a team where there was a disagreement between two team members on the best approach to a project. I scheduled a meeting with both team members and facilitated a productive conversation where each person explained their perspective and we were able to find a compromise that satisfied both parties. 4) Failure In a previous role, I was responsible for launching a new product that ultimately failed to meet its sales targets. In hindsight, I realize that we did not spend enough time conducting thorough market research and understanding the needs of our target audience. Although it was a tough learning experience, I now understand the importance of conducting extensive research before launching a new product. 5) Motivated someone In a previous role, I managed a team member who was struggling with low morale and motivation. I made a point to meet with this team member regularly and provide positive feedback and encouragement, as well as additional training and resources. Over time, I saw a significant improvement in their work and attitude, which ultimately helped to improve the team's overall performance. 6) As per you what makes best teams In my opinion, the best teams are those where there is a clear sense of purpose and everyone is aligned towards a common goal. Additionally, the best teams are those where each member feels valued and is given opportunities to contribute and grow. 7) What makes a worst team A worst team is one where there is a lack of communication, collaboration, and trust between team members. Additionally, a worst team is one where there is a lack of accountability and responsibility, resulting in finger-pointing and blame-shifting. 8) Time when you rallied people behind you In a previous role, I was responsible for launching a new product that faced significant resistance from other departments within the company. I scheduled meetings with each department to explain the benefits of the new product and how it would help the company achieve its goals. I also made a point to listen to their concerns and address them where possible. Ultimately, I was able to rally support from these departments and launch the product successfully. 9) How will you pursue someone to join working with you If I were trying to persuade someone to work with me, I would focus on highlighting the exciting opportunities and challenges that the role would offer. Additionally, I would emphasize the positive culture and work environment at Facebook and how joining our team would provide opportunities for growth and development. Finally, I would make a point to listen to their concerns and address any questions they may have about the role or company.
