As a product manager, I've had the opportunity to work on a number of impactful projects throughout my career. One that stands out to me is the development and launch of a new feature for a mobile app that allowed users to easily share content with their friends and family. The project involved a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and engineers, and we were able to successfully launch the feature on time and within budget. The impact was significant, as we saw a significant increase in user engagement and retention following the launch. In terms of the specific impact on the company, the feature helped to drive revenue growth and improve our market position. It also helped to strengthen our relationships with our users and increase brand loyalty. Overall, it was a very rewarding project to work on, and I'm proud of the results that we were able to achieve. Regarding the second question, as a product manager at Google, I would focus on understanding the pain points and needs of creators on YouTube, and working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address those needs. This could involve improving the creator studio, providing better analytics and insights, or developing new monetization features. Ultimately, the goal would be to help creators grow their channels and build sustainable businesses on the platform.
