As a product manager, I'm really good at working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch successful products. I enjoy working with designers, engineers, data analysts and stakeholders to develop a shared vision for the product, and then using that vision to guide product development. One thing that I don't want to do anymore is spend too much time on administrative tasks that don't directly contribute to product development. While I understand the importance of tracking metrics and KPIs, I feel like too much emphasis on these tasks can distract from the actual product development process. Instead, I prefer to focus on strategic planning and working with my team to create a product that meets the needs of our customers.
